Furthermore, since there is no 1:1 mapping of Linux's libusb capabilities onto Windows/WinUSB capabilities, and our current resources too limited to start looking into adding a feature of such magnitude, regardless of actual feasibility, it's unlikely anyone will take on that challenge anytime soon. Personally, I think a much more fruitful endeavour would be to help make the ReactOS USB stack virtualizable on Linux, as it would probably make more sense to have a "Wine/WinUSB -> ReactOS USB virtual layer -> Linux USB" over a "Wine/WinUSB -> custom WinUSB libusb reverse layer -> libusb -> Linux USB", even more so as ReactOS have launched Thorium [1], which already goes in the direction of trying to virtualize ReactOS anyway.
