Just came across the above, interesting. Somewhat like a
subset of what libusbx has already have.

1) support libusb-1.0 API under Linux and Windows,
no Mac OS X and BSD support

2) support libusb0.sys and libusbK.sys but not WinUSB,
using IOCTLs to directly talk to libusb0.sys/libusbk.sys without
the need of libusbk.dll.

3) Boost Software License, less restrictive than LGPL
