thanks tim for the information about the yuy2 format. now i can write a
program to convert a frame grabbed from the cam into a bmp image...if i will
be able to understand where a frame starts and finishes :)

yes, you're right...i'm sorry with the staff of nabble for my posts, far
away from libusb :'( i hope this converstation can be helpful for other
people!
