[Libusb-devel] usb_control_msg error

Hi, i'm currently trying to read from a usb flash drive and right now i have
a problem with usb_control_msg which is giving me an error value of -5. 

Does anyone know what are the parameters for my usb_control_msg to get it
correct? Or does that depends on the flash drive i'm using?

I'm new to this and been working on it awhile hope someone can help me.
