This is only possible when libusb's filter driver is used. If you are installing
libusb using an .inf file then only one driver can be active/installed at the 
same time.

Windows should normally ask for a driver (.inf file) when the device is 
plugged in for the first time. But after successful installation you can only
change the driver through the Device Manager.

This approach is not working, forget about it.
