Hello. I am a new user to LibrePlan and had a question regarding the Authorization tab for a project. I am assuming this tab allows the PM to determine who has access to the project? I have searched high and low for the answer to no avail. Any information would be apprciated.

You are correct. Define user profiles. Create users. Assign profiles to users.
Set read/write access to users in the Authorization tab.
