The issue of the settings not being saved was in 2.0.8.
That is now fixed.
Why the preview doesn't show anything is beyond me.
Maybe someone else can take a look.

Actually it does work in 2.0.8...
but not how I expected.
I fixed the lack of scroll bars... I'll see if I can figure out the rest.

Because we can see the preview in the 2.0.8 release,
but not in the latest 2.0 nightly build,
I think it probably was not caused by any of my changes.
My guess is it has something to do with the changes in RS_Line::draw.
dxli figured it out. Try the next nightly build.
