#466 Edit - Draw Order doesn't work since upgrade to 2.0.3

since upgrade to 2.0.3 (not sure if it begins with exactly 2.0.3, maybe i missed some earlier upgrade) menu entries under Edit - Draw Order don't work anymore (before upgrade they was ok), no matter whether overlaping objects are in the same layer or not.
the simplest example: i draw red line and then blue one over it and try to Edit - Draw Order - move to top, etc. command line prompts to select object, but nothing changes.
