Situation:
- create valid LibreCad file;
- remove extension of that file (file "problem_b");
- open that file in LibreCad using command line, file explorer (in Krusader I "click" on that file);
Then LibreCad complains "Cannot open the file ..../problem_b Please check the permissions."
The file extension is the token for LibreCAD to detect the file type. There is no type detection on the basis of the file content.
So please give the file the correct extension and it will work.
Concerning the permissions message, there are several reasons to trigger this message and one of them is because of permissions. So it is not basically wrong, but we have to think about a more detailed error treatment.
