In the attached drawing hatch_bug.dxf
1 and 2 are exact copys. The arcs are created using center and 2 point elipse tool and cut in half wit cut tool on intersection of a line.
1.1 and 2.1 are two different ways of trying to make valid hatch areas from 1 and 2, using snap endpoint and line tool.
1.2 Does not hatch due to not being a valid hatch area. "This i do not understand"
2.2 Hatches perfectly

    The current hatching algorithm is quite bad.

    We will inplement a better hatching algorithm in 2.1 branch.

    I will investigate whether anything we can do before 2.1

    Works perfectly, but i can not seam to close the bug. Can not change any states of bugs.
