#4 Problem in software

This is a great software. But, I am getting an error message when enter data in shelf .That error message shows "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. ..... Failed to enable constraints. One or more row contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign key constraints" What can I do for this?
