Hi, two quick questions:

When building normally (msys2 + setupautoconf.h) it creates an in-source 
build with lots of tmp files which makes it ugly for git handling.

- Is there a way to do an out-of-source build?
- Or can we officially add like *.exe, *.o, *.m4 and the likes to 
.gitignore?
