Here is the file: http://45.79.108.51/wales.osm.pbf I actually used a .osm.pbf in this instance since the file size is smaller, but it still has the same issue. The latest file from Geofabrik works fine for me too, but I don’t want to rely on them. I want to do my own planet extracts.
