No problem. 

One guy on czech OSM mailing list suggest me to use elevation data from 
viewfinderpanoramas.org. It use different sources (than Nasa) for some areas 
and use interpolation for area with errors...

My contour lines looks great now ;-)
I also updated documentation: https://github.com/Framstag/libosmscout/pull/91
