I cannot answer that.
First, what is a C script?
Usually, a script is something that is executed by an interpreter. C programs are usually compiled to machine code.
Next, libnodave is available for both, Linux and windows, so it should cause you no problems at all. But I cannot say anything about your "script" without knowing it.
