This is first time iam installing libnodave in centos.
while installing the first command i.e. make , it gives error
ld: nodave.o: relocation R_X86_64_32 against `a local symbol' can not be used wh en making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC
nodave.o: could not read symbols: Bad value
make: *** Error 1
please give some suggest to resolve it.

I have the same problem on Debian AMD64, On Debian x86 I have no problems. I think that problem is the architecture, but I don't know the solution.
