    Can you explain the protocol about iso_on_tcp?

      What do you mean by "the protocol about iso_on_tcp?"
      Iso on tcp means a complete ISO packet is transported as the payload of a TCP packet. This  is specified in RFC1006.
      In case of S7 the payload in the ISO packets is S7 communication and there is no specification for it publicly available.

      The 3 "useful" headers are:

      CR - Connection request
      CC - Connection response
      DT - Data exchange
