[Libnifalcon-devel] libnifalcon now has a logo and a website!

Gave jekyll on github a shot, it's worked out really well. libnifalcon now
has a nice web page, and a new logo for the software. I'll be trying to
update this pretty often as development progresses, and as I get information
about projects using the software. I'm still working on the documentation
section, too.
