This phone is not known to libmtp:
Device name: realme c11 2021
model: RMX3231

tested with debian repo v1.1.17 and compiled v1.1.20

libmtp:

Device 0 (VID=22d9 and PID=202a) is UNKNOWN in libmtp v1.1.20.
Please report this VID/PID and the device model to the libmtp development team

had development mode on, turned it off and rebooted the phone, to no avail.

    tried compiling the source code using different configurations in music-players.h but to no avail.
    I'm not sure if i understand how to add support for this device or how to debug it.
    Any help or pointers is appreciated

    Found that the MTP application had been disabled under android > settings > applications > MTP.
    MTP works with version 1.20
    This support-request may be closed.
