#279 support for Acer tablet

My Acer B3-A20 tablet is being detected by Kubuntu 18.10 as unknown. lsusb sees it as VID=0502 PID=3842, model is B3-A20
mtp-detect reports:

jmpt ~/mnt/android repeats the first two lines and adds:
"Android device detected, assigning default bug flags"

after that it does let me access the directories on the tablet.
