#55 Some Android MTP implementations require reset on close

Hi, I've been having trouble with my galaxy S2 device, as mentioned here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=723387. In short, after releasing the device it was impossible to open a fresh MTP connection.

I've added the DEVICE_FLAG_FORCE_RESET_ON_CLOSE to DEVICE_FLAGS_ANDROID_BUGS which appears to have resolved the problem.

Ah whatever I applied it (in some form) after seeing that it solves problems on multiple devices in the GNOME bug entry.
