I'll try, although I'm not much into running GTK apps in KDE :-) Anyway, my intentions with the first post was to point out "this" connection problem, in case it was useful for improving libmtp. I don't really care much about having to use the mtp-detect trick to make Amarok or Qlix work, actually. And I guess it would be useful for other people who try to write MTP-compatible software for linux. Luca |
