Unfortunately no.
I've only tried it with my desktop and my laptop, both of which run
Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon, with kernel "2.6.22-14-generic".
I compiled libmtp-0.25 from source, since Kubuntu comes with version
0.2.1 which did not support the View.
The same problem shows up on both my computers, with the exact same
behavior and error messages.
