#94 LIBMTP_GetPartialObject buffer allocation

Hi,

could you, please, make transactions work in "POSIX" way? I would like to use LIBMTP_GetPartialObject(), and not to call malloc() for each transfer. I mean, I create my own buffer, where the mentioned funtion will store the data from MTP device and will NOT allocate such buffer for me. This is highly ineffective.
