#260 Support for CAT Phone S31

Hi everyone,

trying to provide data on CAT Phone ("Caterpillar") S31, looks like I cannot use attachments, this leads to browser crashes (Firefox). Therefore I am resorting to pasting the output of mtp-detect and lsusb here:

Device 0 (VID=04b7 and PID=88d0) is UNKNOWN in libmtp v1.1.14.
Please report this VID/PID and the device model to the libmtp development team
