#1938 new VR device Meta Quest 3

The unknown device is a Meta Quest 3 VR-device from Meta. In lsusb the device is listed
as "Oculus VR, Inc. Quest 3".
The device is functioning, no problems encountered yet.

Output from "jmtpfs -l" :

Device 0 (VID=2833 and PID=0183) is UNKNOWN in libmtp v1.1.17.
