#1816 Alcatel Idol 4s CD Eject first and wrong detection issues

There are two problems which seem to be connected to each other.
1. 1bbb:af00 is recognized as MTP device but in fact it is a mass storage device (fake cd with drivers)
2. Real MTP device (1bbb:af2a) does not appear until fake cd (1bbb:af00) is unmounted which is normally mounted automatically on plug-in

OS: Ubuntu 18.04
