When I connect my new phone, the log output is:

Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami kernel: usb 1-9.4.3: new high-speed USB device number 13 using xhci_hcd
Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami kernel: usb 1-9.4.3: New USB device found, idVendor=0fce, idProduct=01da
Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami kernel: usb 1-9.4.3: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3

Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami kernel: usb 1-9.4.3: Manufacturer: Sony
Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami kernel: usb 1-9.4.3: SerialNumber: <removed>
Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami mtp-probe[8573]: checking bus 1, device 13: "/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.0/usb1/1-9/1-9.4/1-9.4.3"
Oct 21 10:56:51 sasami mtp-probe[8573]: bus: 1, device: 13 was not an MTP device

Since mtp-probe is not detecting it, nautilus in GNOME isn't displaying the device.

I've attached the complete output of mtp-detect, which does recognize the device as MTP.
If you want any further info, let me know.
