[mpeg2-dev] Bad quality pgm and pnm images obtained using examples

pgm images but i abtain really bad quality images with lots of blocks on th=
e images due to which 50% on the image gets distorted, Is there any method =
to overcome  this problem and get high quality images of high resolution by=
