[Libmesh-users] Question about ex13 and ex18

Dear Sir,

I have compared ex13 and ex18, there is one thing confused me:
in ex13, kpu and kup are different functions, but in ex18 there are the
same functions, and I am wondering if the physic are correct in both
cases. In general should we expect the kpu and kup are symmetric?

Your clarification will be really appreciated.
