#3 Minor CMake Improvements
The find-modules technically should use singular variable names (not that it matters since we use targets instead). Also switching from INTERFACE IMPORTED to UNKNOWN IMPORTED in the find-modules should be considered. I'm not sure what the difference is exactly, but the latter is what the official CMake find-modules use.
Also we need to build the dependency pack in Release mode instead of Debug, because using Debug introduces a dependency on the non-redistributable debug vc dlls.
