#1 Default installing paths

The default install prefix is currently pointed to
/usr. As most systems use /usr for packaged software
and /usr/local for compiled, it might be a good idea to
change this default prefix to /usr/local.

    Will be modifying the build tree (hopefully today) so CVS
    will be using this. Future releases will use /usr/local.

    ps. proper configuration with PREFIX is a prority, but I'm
    not sure when this will actually come about.
