Changes in v0.4.2

    Fix of spelling mistakes.
    Use CMAKE versioning in manpage.
    Improving include scheme of jsoncpp (to fix compilation issues with
newer versions of libjsoncpp).
    Bugfix in HttpServer with Threading option in SSL startup.
