#2 Support Http compression (gzip).

I'd love to see support for Http gzip-compression using
the "Accept-encoding" and "content-encoding" header-
field as defined in HTTP/1.0:
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc1945/rfc1945 (Chapters
3.5 and 10.3)

I believe that compression can save quite a lot of
bandwith for xml-rpc, resulting in reduced rpc-latency.
