[Libff-devel] Question about current API

I am writing a driver for the Puru Puru Pack (Rumble Pack) on the Sega 
Dreamcast and I wonder if someone might tell me what measurement of time 
(seconds/jiffies/milliseconds?) is used for the time measurements in 
ff_replay?
