[Libface-general] CMake and DESTDIR

Hello all,

this is actually more dedicated to developers than users in general.

libface sadly ignores DESTDIR environment variable, when installing
files. That's a very bad behavior wrt to packaging it.

I there any chance on seeing this fixed by you guys, or will packagers
have to keep patching it to work properly?
