Initial Comment:
In FC3, I can't build the tarball (libdv-0.104) because
I don't have glib-config or gtk-config installed.
Apparently, these have been replaced with
/usr/bin/pkg-config.

I am willing to work on this if you need it fixed, but
I'm just worried that it's something I've done wrong (I
failed to install *-devel for some package or something).
