[libdv-dev] 24fps and true 16:9 DV samples

I'm trying to figure out how to handle 24fps shooting mode and 
"true" 16:9 in DV. So, if there's somebody out there with equipment 
that is capable of producing such footage -- I'd be very grateful 
if you can share at least 1sec worth of it with me.

Cannon XL2 is a perfect choice for this task.
