I do not recall ever experiencing this problem or hearing about it from
others. However, please explain more clearly your process for "first
attempt to grab data... subsequent attempts...." Are you gst-record or
similar for grabbing? Have you confirmed this problem using other tools
like dvgrab or ffmpeg?
