Yes, I see it. Doh!
I am lucky that the pond.dv apparantly has a glitch such every 30th
frame indicates it adheres to SMTPE 314M as opposed to IEC 61834 because
it exposed the typo resulting in swapped logic for SMPTE videos. Fix is
in CVS.
