Yep, I considered dv1394, but since none of my machines are 2.4.19 and I couldn't be bothered to update for this (and probably won't be updating for a while), the video1394 solution seemed the most appropriate.... Not actually looked at the code of dvconnect.c, but I have looked at the ieee1394io.cc of kino... it looked rather trivial. Cheers, Charlie |
