I've been very busy with my studies, including travelling abroad for
the last two weeks.  Just got back today.

I'll try and do some catching up on the oustanding libdv bugs, and
the various submitted fixes.

For this specific one, I'm going to see if just lifting the mmx.h from
ffmpeg does the trick.  I was perusing their code before I left on my
travels and it appeared they (ffmpeg maintainers) had been fixing up
their own copy of mmx.h.
