Summary: Changing encode to encodedv.

Initial Comment:
The naming of 'encode' is a bit unfortunate in my
opinion as it is not the only program under the moon
that is likely to encode something. To avoid possible
name clashes and give the users more of a clue as to
what the program actually does, I renamed the
executable to encodedv.
