[libdv-dev] Credits

My Kino program contains the libdv code, which form of credits should I 
include? Quasar Codec? Or the names of the programmers? What is the 
complete list?

As an aside, I tried a recent libdv snapshot with hardware support and I 
got 45 fps. Cool. Now I need it to slow it down somehow.....
