So now I've got my own version of SMPTE 314M.  Format recognition seems
to be ok for both (SMPTE/IEC) datastreams. VAUX packet 0x61 has zero DISP
for 4:3 format. 16:9 is indicated different (0x02 per SMPTE/0x07 per info 
of my sample).

Could anyone provide a short NTSC (SMPTE format) sequence (3 frames) in 16:9 
format for downloading ?
