The SMPTE 314M spec details how it's done, but we don't have any support
for it yet. We're currently in a push to get libdv cleaned up and
hopefully sped up, after which we can look into getting DV50 working. The
problem is that we don't have any way of getting a DV50 stream. If you
can send us a second or two of DV50 in raw form (240,000 bytes per frame)
that'll speed things up immensely.
