[libdv-dev] new xdvplay version

This version will display both Type-1 and Type-2 AVI files.
It is not more than my AVI code merged to the playdv program from the libdv 
project, but, hey, I like it.

I noticed that the libdv code now has a quality parameter, but the difference 
between best and fastest was less than 30% on my system (an AMD 333). So I 
thought about making that a command line parameter but it is probably not worth 
the effort.
