I call dc1394_cleanup_iso_channels_and_bandwidth() just before I reset the 
camera with dc1394_reset_camera().

I reset the camera using the dc1394_cleanup_iso_channels_and_bandwidth() and 
dc1394_reset_camera() combination, just before I setup the camera using 
dc1394_capture_setup_dma().

Would it make sense to have dc1394_cleanup_iso_channels_and_bandwidth()  
folded into dc1394_reset_camera()?
