Dear Developers,


Hence there are quite numbers of bug report recently, I therefore would like
to inform you what action to take once you found the bug.

1. Report bug via Sourceforge.net
2. Try to fix bug yourself, if possible
3. Once you solve the bug:
	- Checkin to CVS directly if you have privilege
	- Contact xe...@us... if you don't have CVS privilege
