This patch (against 0.93.95) fixes compilation errors
on a fresh install resulting from Xm.h not being
generated by configure (config.status). I'm getting
other make errors with this version that I'm still
working on.

I know next to nothing about autoconf, so I'm including
both what looks like the right fix to configure.in and
the changes I made to the configure script directly to
get compilation going.

I think I've just fixed the problem in the "autoconf" way.
